Soon your kids will be saying yes to salads learn to enjoy crunch greens!
Coloring is also an effective way for children to express themselves. The act of coloring has been shown to calm children and de-stress them after a day of school and this helps de-stress the parents as well! Coloring books teach kids about understanding and respecting boundaries why it is important to stay within the lines, and when you should decide to cross them. Completely coloring a scene gives kids a sense of accomplishment and a boost of confidence. This better enables them to take on the challenges of schoolwork and social pressures.
Children can enjoy experimenting and playing with mixing colors to make new colors. By better understanding the makeup of colors, children are better prepared to understand the full spectrum of the color wheel as they get older.
